Sound Melody Music Lessons is rooted in West Seattle — where the Puget Sound meets a thriving local music culture. Founded by musician and educator Mitch Siburg, Mitch brings professional-level instruction to students of all ages and backgrounds.

With training from Berklee College of Music and a career spanning competitive performance, world-class studio recording, and over a decade of private instruction, Sound Melody's teaching approach is patient, attentive, and deeply informed by a life actually lived in music.

An award-winning classical guitarist, recognized for performance excellence at the state level in Washington — with playing that extends far beyond the classical tradition. Students have gone on to perform in bands, record professionally, and simply fall deeper in love with music.
